摘要
非诺贝酸是一种血脂调节药,同时也是重要的中间体。笔者查阅了近些年有关非诺贝酸合成的专利及论文,分析了各工艺的优缺点,并指出了工业未来发展的方向。
Fenofibric acid was a lipids regulator and an important intermediate.In this paper,the patents and papers on the synthesis of fenofibric acid in recent years were reviewed,the advantages and disadvantages of each process were analyzed,and the future development direction of industry was pointed out.
