三层多孔板电除尘器气流均布数值研究 被引量:2

摘要 气流分布均匀性对电除尘器粉尘脱除效率有着十分重要的影响,通过计算流体动力学软件Fluent对某电厂1 000 MW级机组电除尘器气流均布特性进行数值模拟研究,其中多孔板简化为多孔介质模型,流场的模拟采用k-ε双方程,数值计算采用SIMPLE算法,结果表明,在电除尘器入口喇叭口处设置三层多孔板,且开孔率设置为50%、30%、30%,气流均布性最佳;进口流速为6 m/s时,电除尘器气流均布满足合格要求,并对比了有无灰斗挡板对气流均匀性的影响,发现灰斗挡板可以有效减小灰斗内部涡流现象,提高粉尘脱除效果。 The uniformity of airflow distribution has a very important influence on the efficiency of electrostatic precipitator dust removal.Numerical simulation of airflow uniformity characteristics of electrostatic precipitator in 1 000 MW power plant of a power plant by computational fluid dynamics software Fluent.The porous plate was simplified as a porous medium.For the model,the flow field simulation adopts k-εdouble equation and the numerical calculation adopts the SIMPLE algorithm.The result shows that three porous plates are set at the entrance of the bell mouth of the electrostatic precipitator,and the opening rate is set to 50%,30%,and 30%.The air distribution uniformity was the best;when the inlet flow velocity was 6 m/s,the airflow of the electrostatic precipitator was evenly distributed to meet the qualified requirements,and the effect of the presence or absence of ash baffles on the airflow uniformity was compared.It was found that the ash bucket baffle can effectively reduce the vortex phenomenon inside the ash hopper and improve the effect of dust removal.
