摘要
本文对T市在家庭医生签约服务实践中存在的问题进行了定性分析,指出政府应从统筹基层医疗服务和基本公共卫生服务、鼓励社会力量提供多层次签约服务、完善社会资金购买服务的补充作用、加强信息化建设、提高常见病多发病诊疗服务能力和探索适宜的医保支付方式等方面,进一步推进家庭医生签约服务制度的完善和发展。
This paper made a qualitative analysis of the problems existing in the practice of family doctors'signing services in T city,pointing out that to further promote the improvement and development of the family doctor contract service system,government should supplement the role of grassroots medical services and basic public health services,encourage social forces to provide multi-level contracting services,improve social funds purchasing services,strengthen the informatization construction,improve the ability of diagnosis and treatment of common diseases,and explore appropriate medical insurance payment methods.
