摘要
采用演绎性内容分析法,分析9个长期护理保险试点城市的服务项目清单,对服务项目进行归类整理,以明确我国长期护理保险服务项目清单设计的特点,进而提出政策建议:积累试点经验,逐步扩大服务范围;按需划分护理服务层级,优化资源配置;促进服务项目规范化、标准化。
Using deductive content analysis method,this paper analyzed the list of service items of 9 long-term care insurance pilot cities,classified service items to clarify the characteristics of China's long-term care insurance service project list design.And then this paper proposed policy recommendations:to accumulate pilot experience and gradually expand the scope of services;to divide the level of care services on demand and optimize resource allocation;to promote standardization of service projects.
