摘要 转基因技术作为现代生物技术的重要组成部分,在缓解资源匮乏、提高粮食产量、保护生态环境安全、拓展农业功能等方面做出巨大贡献。RNAi是迅速发展起来的一种新兴基因阻断技术,近年来,在作物防治病虫害和品质改良方面取得了显著成效,商业化应用已成为现实。因此,基于RNAi的转基因作物研发现状越来越受到人们的关注。本文就已产业化的RNAi转基因产品、RNAi转基因植物的研究进展及对RNAi转基因作物安全评价研究展望进行综述。 As an important part of modern biotechnology,genetically modified technology has made great contributions to alleviating resource shortage,increasing food production,protecting ecological environment and expanding agricultural functions.RNA interference(RNAi)is an emerging genetic blocking technology which developed rapidly.In recent years,remarkable achievements have been made in crop pest control and quality improvement,and commercial application has become a reality.Therefore,the research and development status of RNAi-based transgenic crops has attracted more and more attention.In this paper,the research progress of the industrialized RNAi transgenic products,RNAi transgenic plants and the safety evaluation research prospects of RNAi genetically modified crops were summarized.
