摘要
目的对综合护理对突发性耳聋患者听力恢复意义的研究。方法选取2016年1月到2017年1月在大连大学附属新华医院就诊的突发性耳聋患者100例,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组50例,采取普通护理模式,试验组50例,采取综合护理模式,比较两组患者的临床有效率。结果试验组总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为80%,试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用综合护理模式对突发性耳聋患者进行护理,可以有效的提高临床有效率,值得在临床推广。
Objective To comprehensive nursing for patients with sudden deafness hearing restored significance of research.Methods From January 2016 to January 2017 in dalian university affiliated xinhua hospital,100 cases of patients with sudden deafness,randomly divided into experimental group and the control group,control group 50 cases,adopt ordinary nursing mode,examination in 50 cases,adopt comprehensive care model,comparison of two groups of patients with clinical effectiveness.Results Clinical effective rate of treatment group 90%,control group in clinical effective rate of 80%experimental group is better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing model of care for patients with sudden deafness,can effectively improve the clinical effectiveness,is worth popularizing in clinical.
