摘要
脑胶质瘤是最常见的颅内原发肿瘤,由于其自身的生物学特性和神经系统解剖、生理的复杂性,传统的治疗手段,如手术、放疗、化疗等均疗效不佳,总体预后差,生存期短。近年来,随着对胶质瘤分子生物机制理解的逐步深入以及在影像学、外科手术、放疗技术和新药方面取得的诸多进步,脑胶质瘤的治疗效果有所改观,本文对脑胶质瘤治疗的研究进展作一综述。
Glioma is the most common primary intracranial tumor,because of its biological characteristics,the complexity of anatomy and physiology of central nervous system,the traditional treatment methods,such as surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy have little efficacy,the prognosis and survival rate of glioma is very poor.In recent years,with understanding of the molecular mechanism of glioma and progress in imaging,surgery,radiotherapy technology and new medicines,therapeutic effect of glioma has promoted.This paper gives a review to recent advances in glioma.
