校本研修下初中英语职初教师课堂过渡语研究

摘要 初中英语职初教师理论知识丰富,但教学经验匮乏,执教能力有待提高。本文以校本研修为指导思想,初中英语教师为观察对象,英语课堂的过渡语为观察点,本校进行的校本研修活动为实例,探讨了初中英语课堂教学环节自然过渡的有效策略。 Abstract The occupational early English teachers in junior high schools are rich in theoretical knowledge,but lack of teaching experience and their teaching ability needs to be improved.This paper is based on the guidance of school-based teaching research and training.The occupational early English teachers in junior high school are the object of observation and transitional language in English class is the observation point.Teaching activities are taken as an example to explore the effective strategies for the natural transition of English classroom teaching in junior high schools.
