摘要
改革开放以来受外来文化冲击产生的特定的文化不自信现象屡见不鲜,发现过度境外消费给国民经济造成巨大损失、高端留学人才流失及低龄化盲目出国留学带来中国"芯"之痛和中国"心"之殇。对此,必须重塑国人文化自信,以文化教育的"软约束"结合"硬措施"引导境外消费理性回归、高端人才回流,促进出国留学走向良性循环,构建起我国新型开放体制的文化根基。
This paper conducted a research into the phenomena of the specified culture inconfidence by foreign culture shock since the Chinese open system.It is found that excessive overseas consumption causes great losses to the national economy,the“brain drain”of oversea students and blindly oversea study at lower age bring“chip”pain and young“heart”death to China.It is therefore a must to rebuild the cultural confidence for the Chinese people through“soft constraints”and“hard measures”,guide rational oversea comsuption,backwash high talents,promote virtuous circle for oversea study,so as to construct the cultural base of our new opening system.
