摘要
目的分析将多学科护理照顾模式应用于脑胶质瘤手术患者中,对其自我护理能力产生的影响。方法以2016年10月—2017年10月我院收治的62例脑胶质瘤手术患者,应用计算机软件随机分为两组,各31例,对照组采用常规护理模式,研究组在常规护理基础上采用多学科护理照顾模式,对比6个月后两组患者的自护能力和健康行为评价结果。结果两组患者在护理前进行ESCA量表评分和HPL量表评分后发现,平均得分相近,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);经护理护理后,研究组ESCA量表评分和HPL量表评分均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论多学科护理照顾模式能有效提升脑胶质瘤手术患者的自我护理能力,强化其健康行为,是理想的护理模式。
Objective To analyze the influence of multidisciplinary nursing care mode on the self-care ability of patients with glioma surgery.Methods 62 patients with glioma surgery treated in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,31 cases in each group,and the control group was given the conventional nursing mode.The study group was given the multidisciplinary nursing care model on the basis of conventional nursing,and the self-care ability and health behaviors of the two groups were compared after 6 months.Results Before nursing,ESCA scale and HPL scale scores of the two groups showed that the average scores were similar,with no significant difference(P>0.05).After nursing care,ESCA and HPL scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The multidisciplinary nursing care model can effectively improve the self nursing ability of the patients with glioma surgery and strengthen its healthy behavior.
