颈前路手术治疗多节段颈椎间盘突出症40例

摘要 目的:观察颈前路手术治疗颈椎间盘多节段突出的效果。方法:40例主要病变节段行取骼骨行椎间植骨融合颈椎前路钢板内固定术,次要病变节段行椎间盘切除取骼骨行椎间植骨融合内固定术。结果:术后颈椎恢复正常,受压节段脊髓膨隆良好,术后JOA评分优25例,良14例,差1例,优良率97.5%。结论:颈前路手术能有效改善颈椎生理曲度,融合率较好,效果明显。
