摘要
针对目前单轨吊运行中机身摇摆、超重设备运输受限的问题,通过构建数学模型、力学模型建立数学优化模型,对箱型轨道梁进行截面优化,优化截面各参数,减小截面面积,减轻箱型轨道梁质量。运用Simulation对模型进行有限元分析,证明优化后的截面参数是可行且具有使用价值的。
In order to solve the problems of body swinging in the movement of monorail crane and the limited transportation of the overweight equipment,this paper constructed the mathematical optimization model though constructing the mathematic model and the mechanical model,to optimize the section of box-type track girder,the section parameters and the section area and reduce the mass of the box-type track girder.By means of finite element analysis of model with Simulation,it is proved that the optimized section parameters are feasible and useful.
