摘要
目的比较传统切除术与改良小切口术治疗甲状腺肿瘤的临床疗效。方法选择2016年4月~2017年10月收治的67例甲状腺肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按术式不同分为对照组32例与试验组35例,对照组采用传统术式治疗,试验组采用改良小切口术治疗。对比观察两组手术疗效。手术用时、术中出血量、切口长度、住院时间、术后并发症及术后疼痛度,调查两组患者对切口愈合美观满意程度、手术满意程度。结果试验组的手术用时短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,切口长度短于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P均<0.01),手术疗效优于对照组(P<0. 05)。试验组的术后总并发症发生率低于对照组,但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组的术后疼痛评分低于对照组,手术满意度、切口美观度高于对照组(P均<0.001)。结论甲状腺肿瘤患者采用改良小切口手术治疗,临床疗效显著,且术后恢复快,切口疤痕小。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of traditional resection and modified small incision in the treatment of thyroid tumor.Methods From April 2016 to October 2017,67 patients with thyroid tumors admitted to hospital were included in the study.They were divided into control group(n=32)and experimental group(n=35)according to different operation methods.The control group were treated with conventional surgery,and the experimental group were treated with modified small incision.And then,curative effect,operative time,amount of intraoperative blood loss,length of incision,length of hospital stay,postoperative complications and postoperative pain were compared between the two groups.And the aesthetic and satisfactory degree of incision healing and the degree of surgical satisfaction were investigated in both groups.Results Compared with the control group,the operative time of the experimental group was shorter,and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less,the length of incision was shorter,and the length of hospital stay was shorter(all P<0.01).The operation curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The overall complication rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,but difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The postoperative pain score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the surgical satisfaction and incision aesthetic degree were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.001).Conclusion Modified small incision surgery has remarkable clinical effect,quick recovery and small incision scar in the treatment of thyroid tumors.
