摘要
目的观察针刺配合超声药物导入对胃癌术后胃肠道功能恢复的作用。方法 88例胃癌术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组44例。对照组采用综合治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上行针刺配合超声药物导入治疗。比较两组治疗后血清IL-35、miRNA-488水平、腹围、胃肠功能恢复时间及住院时间。结果治疗后,两组血清IL-35、miRNA-488水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2 d、3 d、4 d,观察组腹围低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、初次排气时间、初次排便时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用针刺配合超声药物导入对胃癌术后患者进行治疗有利于促进患者胃肠功能恢复。
Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture plus ultrasonic drug delivery on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after gastric cancer surgery.Method Eighty-eight patients after gastric cancer surgery were randomized into an observation group and a control group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was intervened by comprehensive treatment,while the observation group was additionally given acupuncture plus ultrasonic drug delivery.The serum levels of interleukin(IL)-35 and miRNA-488,abdominal circumference,the recovery time of gastrointestinal function,and the hospitalization duration were compared between the two groups.Result After the treatment,there were significant differences in the serum levels of IL-35 and miRNA-488 between the two groups(P<0.05);2 d,3 d and 4 d after the treatment,the abdominal circumference in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the bowel sound recovery time,initial flatulence time,initial defecation time and hospitalization duration in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture plus ultrasonic drug delivery can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after gastric cancer surgery.
