摘要
Weinreb酰胺是一类十分重要的酰基化试剂,目前已被大量应用于生物活性物质、天然产物及材料的合成.在无溶剂条件下通过微波辐射合成了一系列Weinreb酰胺衍生物,该方法具有反应产率高、时间短、操作简单和环境友好等优点.产物结构经IR、HRMS和NMR进行确证.
Weinreb amide is a very important acylation reagent,which has been widely used in the synthesis of bioactive substances,natural products and materials.In this paper,a series of Weinreb amide derivatives are synthesized by microwave irradiation under solvent free conditions.The results show that the method has the advantages of high yield,short time,simple operation and environmental friendliness.The structure of the product is confirmed by IR,HRMS and NMR.
