摘要
改革开放以来,我国文化事业和文化产业均取得巨大成就。文章通过梳理40年来文化产业政策的发展脉络,探究其演变轨迹特征,从而归纳产业发展逻辑,助推文化产业结构升级。文化产业政策的阶段性实施和实时调整,切实营造了以人为本的公共文化服务氛围,为国民经济发展提供了更加持久的动力和支撑。十九大报告对文化产业政策的重视,将进一步促使当前文化体制改革,文化业态不断延伸,产业模式也将迎来新的机遇和挑战。
Since the reform and opening up,China s cultural undertakings and cultural industries have made great achievements.By combing the development of cultural industry policy in the past 40 years,this paper explores the characteristics of its evolution trajectory,and then summarizes the logic of industrial development and promotes the upgrading of cultural industry structure.The phased implementation and real-time adjustment of the cultural industry policy has effectively created a people-oriented public cultural service atmosphere and provided more sustained momentum and support for the development of the national economy.The attention of the 19th National Congress on cultural industry policies has further promoted the current cultural system reform,the cultural format continues to expand,and the industrial model will usher in new opportunities and challenges.
