摘要
针对国内城市轨道交通车辆在部分线路运用过程中出现了轮缘严重磨耗现象,分析了造成车轮轮缘严重磨耗的主要原因。以深圳地铁9号线列车车轮轮缘严重磨耗问题为例,结合实测数据,分析了车辆镟修后运行里程与踏面磨耗、轮缘磨耗的关系,分析了列车运行的平稳性状态,并提出了相应的改进措施。
According to the seriously wear of wheel flange in urban rail transit train operation on some lines in China,the major reasons for the wheel flange wear are analyzed.Based on the practical wheel flange wear on Shenzhen metro Line 9,and combined with the measured data,the relationship between running mileage and wheel tread/flange wear after vehicle repairing,and the stable state of vehicle running are analyzed,corresponding improvement measurements are proposed.
