摘要
以黄腐酸(HA)、烯丙基磺酸钠(SAS)和苯乙烯(St)为单体,以过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,采用水溶液聚合法,利用热引发自由基共聚,制备出具有双亲性质的低分子量水溶性三元聚合物水煤浆分散剂HA/SAS/St,探讨HA含量、分散剂用量、制浆浓度对水煤浆浆料的分散效果的影响。结果表明,HA含量30%,分散剂用量1. 3%,制浆浓度30%时,水煤浆有最好的分散效果,最佳的稳定体系。
Using fulvic acid(HA),allyl sulfonate(SAS),and styrene(St)as monomers and using potassium persulfate(KPS)as an initiator.Solution-polymerization method for the preparation of a low molecular weight water-soluble terpolymer dispersant with amphiphilic structure by radical copolymerization.The influence of the HA content,dispersant dosage and pulping concentration on the dispersion effect of the coal water slurry was investigated.The results showed that the HA content was 1.3%and the dispersant dosage was 30%.When the pulping concentration is 30%,the coal water slurry has the best dispersion effect and the best stable system.
