3D建筑打印技术及其混凝土材料的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 针对3D打印技术在建筑行业中的应用及3D打印建筑材料的技术要求进行了综合的论述,介绍了3D打印技术在建筑工程领域应用的优越性.通过查阅大量文献,现场考察,论述了目前国内外在3D打印建筑探索与应用上的研究进展,并对其在实际生产过程中主要采用的三种3D打印工艺的打印流程及打印特点进行了分析,包括:DShape打印工艺、建筑轮廓工艺、尼龙纤维激光烧结工艺.之后,对3D打印混凝土材料及3D打印干混砂浆材料两种3D建筑打印建筑材料的特点及性能进行了分析.在此基础上,指出了目前3D建筑打印技术发展过程中存在的主要技术瓶颈,并对其进行探讨与总结.整体来说,尽管3D打印技术仍处于初步发展阶段,但相对于传统施工工艺,其具有降低成本、缩短工期、提高质量、降低施工作业危险等诸多竞争优势,具有良好的应用前景. The application of 3D printing technology in construction industry and the technical requirements of 3D printing building materials were reviewed,and the advantages of 3D printing technology in construction engineering were introduced.Through reviewing a large number of literatures and on site inspections,this paper discussed the research progress in the exploration and application of 3D printing architecture at home and abroad,and analyzed the printing process and printing characteristics of the three 3D printing processes mainly used in the actual production process,including D Shape printing process,building profile process,and nylon fiber laser sintering process.After that,the characteristics and performance of two 3D architectural printing building materials of 3D printed concrete materials and 3D printed dry mixed mortar materials were analyzed.Based on the discussion and analysis,the main technical bottlenecks in the development of 3D architectural printing technology were pointed out,discussed and summarized.In general,although 3D printing technology is still in the initial stage of development,it has many competitive advantages compared with traditional construction techniques,such as reducing cost and construction time,improving quality,and reducing the risks of construction work,and has a good application prospect.
