摘要
目的研究宫外孕诊断和鉴别诊断应用经腹经阴道多普勒超声与血HCG联合检查法的价值。方法方便选取2015年1月-2018年1月该院接诊的疑似宫外孕患者160例,分别其实施经腹经阴道多普勒超声检查及血HCG检测,其中,经阴道多普勒超声检查结果作为参照组,经腹经阴道多普勒超声检查与血HCG检测联合检查结果作为实验组,对比2组检查方式宫外孕检出情况。结果 160例患者当中共计确诊134例宫外孕患者。实验组检出132例,占比98.51%,参照组检出119例,占比88.81%,实验组宫外孕检测准确率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=10.694 9,P<0.05)。结论于宫外孕诊断和鉴别诊断中合理联用经腹经阴道多普勒超声与血HCG检查法,有助于提高患者病情诊断的准确性,并能为临床医师治疗宫外孕提供重要指导。
Objective To study the value of transperitoneal transvaginal doppler ultrasound and blood HCG combined exam鄄ination in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 160 patients with suspected ec鄄topic pregnancy who were admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were convenient selected and en鄄rolled.They underwent transperitoneal transvaginal doppler ultrasonography and blood HCG testing.The results of transvaginal Doppler ultrasonography were used as the control group,the results of the combined examination of transperitoneal transvaginal Doppler ultrasonography and blood HCG test were used as the experimental group,and the detection of ectopic pregnancy was compared between the two groups.Results A total of 134 ectopic pregnancy patients were diagnosed among 160 patients.132 cases were detected in the experimental group,accounting for 98.51%,and 119 cases were detected in the reference group,accounting for 88.81%.The accuracy of the detection of ectopic pregnancy in the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,the different was statistically significant(X2=10.694 9,P<0.05).Conclusion The rational use of transperitoneal transvaginal Doppler ultrasound and blood HCG examination in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy can help to improve the accuracy of the diagnosis of patients,and can provide important guidance for clinicians to treat ectopic pregnancy.
