摘要
[目的]探讨家庭护理干预改善早期宫颈癌病人术后家庭功能和生活质量的价值。[方法]选择2016年7月—2017年6月收治的150例早期宫颈癌病人作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将病人分为观察组和对照组各75例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上予以家庭护理干预,比较两组病人干预前及术后6个月家庭亲密度、适应性、性功能以及生活质量。[结果]两组病人经干预后家庭亲密度、适应性、性功能以及生活质量均较干预前明显改善(P<0.05);观察组病人干预后家庭亲密度、适应性、性功能以及生活质量评分分别为73.29分±10.51分、52.16分±7.54分、23.18分±4.83分、68.34分±23.69分,均高于对照组(t值分别为4.265、4.038、4.521、5.286,P均<0.05)。[结论]在常规护理干预的基础上为早期宫颈癌病人提供家庭护理干预,能更好地改善病人家庭功能和生活质量。
Objective:To explore the value of home nursing intervention in improving postoperative family function and quality of life in patients with early cervical cancer.Methods:A total of 150 patients with early cervical cancer admitted to the hospital from July 2016 to June 2017 were enrolled in the study,and they were divided according to the random number table method into the observation group and the control group,with 75 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care.The observation group received family nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The family intimacy,adaptability,sexual function,and quality of life were compared before and 6 months after the intervention.Results:The family intimacy,adaptability,sexual function,and quality of life of the two groups were significantly improved after the intervention(P<0.05),with scores of the observation group(73.29±10.51)points in family intimacy,(52.16±7.54)points in adaptability,(23.18±4.83)points in sexual function,and(68.34±23.69)points in quality of life,which were higher than the those of the control group(t=4.265,4.038,4.521,5.286,P<0.05).Conclusions:Providing home nursing intervention based on the routine nursing intervention for patients with early cervical cancer could better improve the family function and quality of life of patients.
