摘要
近年来随着社会的不断发展进步,我国各行业、各领域都得到了长足的发展。尤其是在进入到二十一世纪以后,我国在信息化技术大潮的影响下,企业发展更是突飞猛进。一方面利用信息化技术提高了企业的生产效率和技术水平,另一方面信息化技术的应用也进一步推动了企业的进步,利润的获取等。但是在互相推动的过程中也存在着一些实际问题,例如信息化的应用导致企业的运营和管理需要发生重大变革,但目前ERP系统实施模型的应用效果并不是很明显。当前针对信息技术在企业中接受程度的理论和模型研究主要包括:理性行为理论、计划行为理论、技术接受模型、创新扩散理论等,这些理论试图从技术的有用性、易用性、用户行为意图等方面来分析用户接受信息技术的过程。在未来的社会发展中,想要促使ERP系统实施模型在信息技术用户接受中得到较好的应用,仍然需要进一步提高企业的管理水平。
In recent years,with the continuous development and progress of the society,all industries and fields in China have made considerable progress.Especially after entering the 21st century,under the influence of the tide of information technology,the development of enterprises has made rapid progress.On the one hand,the use of information technology have improved the production efficiency and technological level of enterprises,on the other hand,the application of information technology has further promoted the progress of enterprises,profit acquisitionandsoon.But there are some practical problems in the processofmutual promotion,for example,the application of information technology leads to great changes in the operation and management of enterprises,but at present,the application effect of the implementation mode ofERP systemis not very obvious.Currently,the theoretical andmodel studies on the acceptance of information technology in enterprises mainlyinclude:rational behavior theory,planned behavior theory,technologyacceptancemodel,innovation diffusion theory,etc.,these theories trytoanalyze theprocessofusers acceptinginformationtechnologyfromthe aspectsof technologyusefulness,ease ofuse,userbehavior intention and so on.In the future social development,if we want to urge the ERP system implementation mode to get a better application in the user acceptanceof information technology,we still need to further improve the management level of enterprises.
