论文通过对丰田全面招聘体系的介绍,通过分析及归纳总结,对"全面招聘体系"做出初步的探索,形成相对比较系统的体系雏形,对于企业如何建立"全面招聘体系"会有借鉴、帮助。
The paper introduces the comprehensive recruitment systemofToyota,makes a preliminary exploration on the"overall recruitment system"through analysis and summary,and formsa relativelysystematic system,which canprovide some reference and help for the construction of the"comprehensive recruitment system"of enterprises.
