摘要
企事业单位响应国家相关政策的号召,不断进行改革与发展,在各方面均取得了较大的成效;但其各方面的管理还存在许多的不足,论文阐述了企事业单位的财务管理、绩效管理以及档案管理方面的问题,提出了解决问题的具体对策,希望能对企事业的发展有所帮助。
In response to the call of the relevant national policies,enterprises and institutions have been carrying out continuous reform and development,and have achieved great achievements in all aspects,but there are stillmany deficiencies in themanagement of its various aspects.The paper expounds the problems existing in the financial management,performance management and archivesmanagement of enterprises and institutions,puts forward concrete countermeasures to solve the problem.Hoping to provide some help for the development of enterprises and institutions.
