摘要
目的探索重庆地区女大学生原发性痛经与运气、体质及生活习惯之间的关系。方法依据1991年中华人民共和国卫生部发布的《中医新药临床指导》关于原发性痛经的诊断标准及等级分类,制作痛经量表、体质量表及生活习惯的综合性量表,对307名重庆在校大学生痛经情况开展问卷调查,应用Excel 2010进行数据录入,用SPSS 20.0软件对痛经状况、运气、中医体质以及生活习惯进行统计分析。结果在运气方面:火运不及和重庆女大学生"痛经周期紊乱"及痛经程度"需卧床休息"成正相关;火运太过与"经期是否有血块"成负相关;土运不及与"痛经腹痛难忍"正相关;金运与初潮年龄正相关。体质关系中:平和质与各个月经情况成负相关,在偏颇体质中,以阳虚体质、瘀血体质和气郁体质比较突出,特别是阳虚体质和诸多月经情况成正相关;气虚和阴虚体质对痛经影响较小。生活习惯中,嗜甜与腹痛难忍成正相关,爱好煎炸烤与月经周期紊乱成正相关。结论重庆地区女大学生痛经程度及伴随症状与运气、体质以及生活习惯有密切关联性。痛经状况不容乐观,需要调节生活规律,提高自身体质水平。
Objective To explore the relationship between primary dysmenorrhea and qi-operation,the constitution and living habit among the Chongqing female undergraduates Methods Based on the diagnostic criteria and grade classification of primary dysmenorrhea stipulated in the Clinical Guidance on New Chinese Medicine Drugs issued by the Ministry of Health of People's Republic of China in 1991,the dysmenorrhea scale,constitution scale and comprehensive scale of living habits were made to conduct questionnaire survey among 307 Chongqing female undergraduates about their dysmenorrhea situations;data were analysized by excel 2010 and spss 20.0 software.Results In the qi-circulation:insufficient-fire-operation has positive correlation with'dysmenorrhea&irregular menstrual period'and the degree of dysmenorrhea that'needs BR(bed rest)'among the Chongqing female undergraduates,over much-fire-operation has negative relationship with'blood stasis during the menstruation,insufficient-earth-operation is positively correlated with'dysmenorrhea&unbearable abdominal pain',the gold-operation is positively correlated with the age of menarche.Among the constitution relations,normal constitution has negative correlation with each menstruation situation,among the biased constitutions,the yang-deficiency constitution,blood stasis constitution and qi-depression constitution are quite prominent,especially the yang-deficiency constitution has positive relationship with many menstruation situations,qi-deficiency and yin-deficiency have less influence on the dysmenorrhea.As for their living habits,addiction to the sweet has positive correlation with unbearable abdominal pain,addiction to pan-frying,deep-frying and roasting has positive relationship with irregular menstrual period.Conclusion The degree of dysmenorrhea and associated symptoms of the Chongqing female undergraduates have close correlation with the mechanism of qi-circulation,constitution and their living habits.The condition of dysmenorrhea is not optimistic,and they need adjust patte
