摘要
职业成熟度由职业认知和职业能力构成,本文以中山开放大学"80后"、"90后"新生代不同专业学生为调查对象,从职业自我认知、专业认知、岗位认知、专业能力、实践能力、社会能力六维度了解其职业成熟度现状,实证发现女生职业成熟度高于男生、会计专业和人力资源管理专业学生成熟度较高、参加过实践活动的学生职业成熟度具有显著优势。进而针对性地提出职业生涯指导的建议。
Professional maturity consists of professional cognition and professional ability.The research based on the new generation of 80,90 of Zhongshan Open University,studies the professional maturity from six dimensions,the self cognition、professional cognition,post cognition、professional ability、practical ability and social ability.The conclusions show that the level of professional maturity of girls is higher than boys,and the degree of students of Accounting and Human Resources Management is significant,and students participating in the practice have more advantages.Then the article gives the suggestion of career guidance particularly.
