扳手自动加工机床控制系统设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对活动扳手加工中因生产设备技术落后自动化程度低制约了扳手加工行业的发展的问题。在详细分析活动扳手的加工工艺的基础上,提出了扳手自动化加工机床的总体设计方案。通过分析总体方案中所选用通用部件的控制方式,完成了机床自动控制系统的设计。研究结果表明,该种控制系统自动化程度高,能大力提升机床的加工效率和加工质量。在有效减少用工量的同时也降低了工人劳动强度,有效支持了我国扳手加工行业打入国际高端市场。 In the manufacture of monkey wrench,the technology of its producing equipment is lagging,and the level of automation is poor,which restrict the development of producing monkey wrench. Based on the detailed analysis of the machining technology of monkey wrench,the overall design scheme of the automatic machine tool is put forward. By analyzing the control methods of the common parts used in the overall scheme,the design of the automatic control system of the machine tool is completed. The results show that the control system has high automation level,and it can greatly improve the processing efficiency and quality of the machine tool. When the the number of workers is greatly reduced,the labor intensity of the workers is also reduced. The research effectively supports China's wrench processing industry getting into the international high-end markets.
