摘要
“互联网+”时代的消费升级,开拓了高校校园消费信贷市场,大学生信贷消费更为便捷,呈现符号化、超前化、网络化的信贷消费需求特点。在消费需求得到满足的同时,大学生消费信贷存在信息泄露风险、信息盗用风险、信用违约风险、不良透支风险、利益转嫁风险、道德绑架风险等信贷风险。基于此,需要信贷机构加强行业自律、金融监管部门系统规范信贷事项、执法部门严厉打击不良信贷机构、高校加强信贷风险教育引导以形成合力,帮助大学生进行消费信贷风险识别与规避。
Risk identification and avoidance path of college students'consumption credit,The consumption upgrade in the era of"Internet+"has opened up the college campus consumption credit market.College students'credit consumption is more convenient and characterized by symbolization,advanced and networked credit consumption demand.While consumption demand is met,college students'consumption credit has risks of information leakage,information misappropriation,credit default,bad overdraft,benefit transfer,moral kidnapping and other credit risks.Therefore,it is necessary for credit institutions to strengthen industry selfdiscipline,financial supervision departments to regulate credit matters,law enforcement departments to crack down on bad credit institutions,and colleges and universities to strengthen the guidance of credit risk education to form a joint force and help college students to identify and avoid consumption credit risk.
