摘要
针对高职商务英语学生专业技能缺失、课程体系难以对接、相关行业师资缺乏、实训资源不足等问题,提出以下措施:采取校内培训、教材改革、校外定岗等方法进行教学模式创新;采取校外指导教师对学生进行培训,同时吸收优秀学生作为企业员工的手段来充分调动双师型教师的积极性;利用学校场地和资源,以新型的校企合作模式来联合办学;根据跨境电商业务流程中不同阶段的特点对学生进行点对点培训,培养具有跨境电商知识储备的高职商务英语人才。
Aiming at the problems of the lack of professional skills of business English students in higher vocational colleges,the difficulty in docking the curriculum system,the lack of dual-qualified teachers and practical training resources,this paper puts forward some measures as follows:adopting in-school training,teaching material reform,post-setting outside the school to innovate teaching model;adopting out-of-school tutor training and absorbing outstanding students to fully motivate dual-qualified teachers;using school venues and resources to run schools jointly with enterprises;and carrying out point-to-point student training according to the characteristics of different stages of cross-border e-commerce,thus to cultivate higher vocational business English talents with knowledge of cross-border e-commerce.
