摘要
创业导向作为企业战略层面的重要抉择,毋庸置疑是影响企业获取知识资源的关键要素。企业通过先于竞争者,敢于承担风险,对现有技术或产品进行突破创新的行为,更有效地适应环境的动态变化。利用企业所处的网络关系,识别新机遇、开发新市场,满足自身知识资源需求,更有针对性地获取所需的知识资源。基于此,本文在详细梳理相关文献的基础上,构建了创业导向、网络关系强度和知识资源获取的概念模型,以期帮助企业获取知识资源,拓宽了现有创业研究领域,丰富了现有研究内容。
As an important choice in the strategic level of enterprise,the entrepreneurial orientation is undoubtedly the key factor affecting the acquisition of knowledge resources.The enterprises can adapt to the dynamic changes of the environment more effectively if they take risks and change their existing technologies or product innovatively ahead of their competitors.Besides,the enterprises also use their networks to identify new opportunities and develop new markets,to meet their own needs of knowledge resources,more targeted to acquire the necessary knowledge resources.Based on it,this paper will combine detailed literatures,further build a conceptual model to obtain the relationship strength and entrepreneurial orientation,knowledge resources of the network,and clarify the mechanism between entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge resources,in order to help enterprises to acquire knowledge resources,broaden the existing creative research field,enrich the existing research contents.
