摘要
船舶产业是泰州三大主导产业和重要支柱产业之一,也是泰州国际化程度最高的产业,在国际船舶市场具有较强的竞争力。但与国际先进水平比,存在船舶产品附加值不高、研发能力偏弱、管理水平不优、融资能力不强等突出"短板"。建议重点从集聚高端要素补短板、提高本地配套采购率、金融创新破解融资难、发挥优势拓展新领域方面着手,加快提升国际竞争力,加速实现由造船大市向造船强市转变。
The shipping industry is one of the three leading industries and important pillar industries in Taizhou,and it is also the industry with the highest degree of internationalization in Taizhou.It has strong competitiveness in the international ship market,but it is comparable to the international advanced level.There are outstanding"short boards"such as low value-added of ship products,weak R&D capabilities,poor management levels,and weak financing capabilities.It is suggested that the focus should be on gathering high-end elements to make up for shortcomings,increasing the local procurement rate,financial innovation to solve financing difficulties,and making use of advantages to expand new areas.We should speed up the promotion of international competitiveness and accelerate the transition from a major shipbuilding market to a strong shipbuilding market.
