摘要
对内蒙古某CO_2+O_2地浸铀矿山淋洗剂配制工艺进行优化,探索一种将沉淀母液转化为淋洗剂的无害化工艺,即母液加CO_2再生为淋洗剂工艺。通过分析工艺原理,结合现场实际情况,开展再生淋洗剂的配制试验,并对配制条件进行优化,缩短配制时间与成本。再生淋洗剂与厂房现用淋洗剂进行淋洗对比试验表明:再生淋洗剂淋洗峰值高、淋洗速度快、淋洗效果好。从技术、经济效益角度分析了再生淋洗剂取代厂房现用淋洗剂的可行性。
The preparation process of eluant in CO 2+O 2 in-situ leaching uranium mine in Inner Mongolia is optimized and improved.A harmless technology for converting precipitated mother liquor as eluting agent is explored,CO 2 is added into precipitated mother liquor to regenerate it as eluant.Through the analysis of the principle of harmless technology and the actual situation,the experiment of regenerating eluting agent was carried out.According to the test results,preparation condition is optimized and preparation time and cost are reduced too.The experimental results of eluting contrast test of regenerated eluant to the plant used eluting agent show that the regenerated eluant eluting peak is higher,eluting speed is fast,and eluting effect is well.From the point of view of technology and economic benefit,the feasibility of the regenerated eluant to replace the plant used eluting agent is analyzed.
