摘要
设计了一套新能源汽车电机转子芯静电粉末喷涂自动化生产系统,包括振动盘自动上料,机械手自动装夹,传送带适时传送,静电粉末喷涂定时涂覆,触摸屏控制系统五大模块,可实现直径10~25 mm的电机转子芯上0.35 mm厚的环氧粉末静电涂层的全自动化涂覆,提高产品质量和生产效率。
An automatic production system for electrostatic powder coating on motor rotor core of new energy vehicle was designed.It includes five modules:automatic feeding using vibration plate,automatic clamping using robot,transfer using conveyor belt,electrostatic powder spraying for a set period of time,and touchscreen control system.The fully automated electrostatic spraying of a 0.35 mm-thick epoxy powder coating on a rotor core of motor with a diameter ranging from 10 mm to 25 mm was realized,improving the product quality and production efficiency.
