摘要
目的:分析品管圈在儿童窝沟封闭护理中的应用效果。方法:收治窝沟封闭患者100例,分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。分别实施品管圈以及常规护理,将两组效果进行对比。结果:观察组患者5个月、10个月窝沟封闭保留率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组窝沟封闭患者家属的满意度96.00%,与对照组的80.00%相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组窝沟封闭患者护理操作评分(90.21±1.25),与对照组的护理操作评分(80.11±1.15)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过在儿童窝沟封闭护理中应用品管圈后,护理效果显著提高。
Objective:To analyze the application of quality control circle in nursing care of 100 children with pit and fissure sealing.Methods:100 children with pit and fissure sealing were selected,they were divided into the observation group and the control group equally,the quality control circle and routine nursing care were implemented respectively,and the effects of the two groups were compared.Results:In the observation group,the retention rate of pit and fissure sealant in 5 months and 10 months was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the family members of the observation group was 96.00%compared with the 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing operation score of patients with pit and fissure closure in the observation group(90.21±1.25)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.11±1.15),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of quality control circle in nursing care of children with pit and fissure sealant has achieved remarkable results.
