摘要
目的:探究手术全期护理在降低四肢骨折手术患者压疮发生率的应用价值体会。方法:选取我院2017年1-12月收治的92例进行四肢骨折手术患者作为本次实验的研究对象,对其进行随机分组,分为常规护理组(对照组)和手术全期护理组(观察组),对比两组患者经护理后的压疮发生率。结果:观察组患者的压疮发生率(15.22%)明显低于对照组患者的压疮发生率(43.48%),X^2=0.56,P <0.05。另外,观察组患者的术后平均愈合时间为(5.88±0.61)周,明显短于对照组患者的术后平均愈合时间(9.11±0.55)周,t=26.67,P=0.01(P <0.05)。结论:将手术全期护理应用于四肢骨折手术患者不仅可改善患者的临床症状,降低压疮发生率,缩短骨折愈合时间,同时可以提高患者的生存质量,减少并发症的发生,可进行推广。
Objective:To investigate application value of full-time operation nursing in reducing the incidence of pressure ulcers in patients with limb fracture.Methods:92 patients were divided into two groups,the control group was given conventional nursing;and the observation group was given full-time operation nursing.Results:The incidence of pressure ulcers in the observation group was 15.22%,which was significantly lower than 43.48%in the control group,χ2=0.56,P<0.05.The average postoperative healing time in the observation group was(5.88±0.61)weeks,which was significantly shorter than(9.11±0.55)weeks in the control group,t=26.67,P=0.01(P<0.05).Conclusion:Full-time operation nursing on limb fracture surgery can improve clinical symptoms,reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers,shorten the time of fracture healing,improve the quality of life,reduce complications,and is worth promoting.
