摘要
目的:探讨温灸法、白斑膏及波姆光照射联合治疗外阴白色病变的临床效果。方法:以我院2017年1月—2017年12月收治的66例外阴白色病变患者作为观察研究对象,随机分为波姆光照射治疗的A组(n=22),温灸法、白斑膏治疗的B(n=22)及温灸法、白斑膏及波姆光照射联合治疗联合治疗的C组(n=22),对比分析两组患者的临床效果。结果:(1)治疗1个月后,C组患者临床症状总评分为(3.8±1.6)分,显著低于A、B两组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05),而A、B两组差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);(2)经统计分析,C组患者治疗的总有效率高达90.91%,高于A组的68.18%和B组的72.72%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05),而A、B两组差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:温灸法、白斑膏及波姆光照射联合治疗外阴白色病变的临床效果显著,能有效缓解患者临床症状,值得临床推广。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of warm moxibustion,white spot cream and Bohm light irradiation on white lesions of vulva.Methods:Sixty-six patients with whitish lesions treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were randomly divided into group A(n=22),who were treated with PEM,and group B(n=22),who were treated with warm moxibustion and white spot cream,and group C(n=22),who were treated with a combination of moxibustion,white spot cream,and Bohm light irradiation.The clinical effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:①After one month of treatment,the total score of clinical symptoms in group C was(3.8±1.6)points,which was significantly lower than that in group A and B(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.05);②After statistical analysis,the total effective rate of treatment in group C was as high as 90.91%,which was higher than 68.18%in group A and 72.72%in group B.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of combination of warm moxibustion,white spot cream and Boom light irradiation on white lesions of vulva was significant,and it could effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
