摘要
目的:研究自拟愈萎汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果。方法:选取2017年1月—2017年3月在我院门诊就治的56例脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为研究对象,随机平均分为研究组、对照组,对照组采用常规西药治疗,研究组服用自拟愈萎汤治疗,比较两组患者采用不同方式治疗后的临床疗效。结果:研究组患者经治疗后的胃脘胀满、胃部喜暖、大便稀溏、乏力疲倦的临床症状积分均显著低于对照组,且临床症状总积分(4.34±0.22)分显著优于对照组(7.73±0.49)分,总有效率(92.9%)显著高于对照组(71.4%),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:自拟愈萎汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果显著,可有效改善患者临床病症,提高治疗有效率,值得临床推广。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of self-made Yuwei Decoction(自拟愈萎汤)in treating chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen and stomach weak type.Methods:56 cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen and stomach weak type treated in the outpatient department of our hospital from January 2017 to March 2017 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the research group and the control group,the control group received conventional western medicine treatment,while the research group received self-made Yuwei Decoction treatment,the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients after treatment was compared.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of full stomach,warm stomach,loose stool,and fatigue of the research group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the clinical symptoms total score(4.34±0.22)of the research group was significantly better than that of the control group(7.73±0.49),the total effective rate(92.9%)of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.4%),which was of statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Yuwei Decoction(自拟愈萎汤)had significant clinical effect in treating chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen and stomach weak type and it could effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the treatment efficiency,which was worth clinical promotion.
