摘要
民以食为天,猪粮安天下。我国是养猪和猪肉消费大国,生猪饲养量和猪肉消费量占据世界总量的一半左右。改革开放以来,生猪产业稳定发展,但我国地域广阔,各地区经济发展很不平衡,生猪养殖模式众多。特别是在经济发展的转型期,我国生猪养殖业面对环保、食品安全等众多压力,这既是一次主动转型发展的机遇,又面临着可持续发展要求所带来的挑战。为了加快生猪产业转型升级,树立创新、协调、绿色、开放和共享的发展理念,未来我国生猪养殖业将进一步在饲料、育种、养殖、屠宰、销售和防疫等多个环节逐步完善,并且利用机械化和信息化等技术来促进生猪养殖的现代化发展。
Food is the first necessity of the people.Grain and pig are important in the world.China is a big country in pig raising and pork consumption,pig feeding and pork consumption accounts for about half of the world total.Since the reform and opening up,China’s pig industry has developed steadily,but China’s vast territory,the regional economic development is not balanced,so China’s pig breeding model is numerous.Especially in the transitional period of economic development,China’s pig farming industry is facing environmental protection,food safety and many other pressures,which is not only an opportunity for active transformation and development,but also faces the challenges of sustainable development.In order to speed up the transformation and upgrading of pig industry and establish the concept of innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing,pig breeding industry in China will be further improved in feed,breeding,breeding,slaughter,sales and epidemic prevention in the future.Mechanization and information technology will be used to promote the modernization of pig breeding.
