煤钻机的振动及机构优化仿真设计

摘要 煤钻机是薄煤层使用的一种新型采煤设备,钻井工具的定向钻井性能成为设备使用寿命和钻井效率的关键问题。为研究其钻井工具的振动和挠度性能,在对钻具进行合理简化和假设的基础上,建立了三位煤钻的仿真模型,分析了不同钻深下的振动和挠度性能。然后设计了一种新型的钻杆稳定装置,并与普通煤钻相比,构造了一种三位煤矸石稳定器的仿真模型,研究了钻具的振动和挠度性能,为稳定器的布置形式提供了科学依据。 Coal drilling rig is a new kind of coal mining equipment used in thin coal seam.The directional drilling performance of drilling tools becomes the key problem of equipment service life and drilling efficiency.In order to study the vibration and deflection properties of drilling tools,a three-bit coal drill simulation model is established on the basis of reasonable simplification and assumption of drilling tools,and the vibration and deflection properties of different drilling depths are analyzed.Then,a new type of drill pipe stabilizer is designed,and a simulation model of a three-position gangue stabilizer is constructed compared with the conventional coal drill.
