摘要
为了实现跨区域/跨机构的医疗信息共享,解决医疗系统中信息闭塞与资源不足的矛盾,本文分析了跨机构与区域的医疗数据交互与共享的需求,并提出了医疗数据交互平台的体系结构,包括服务管理层、动态组件重构层和支持层。该平台为医务人员和普通市民提供了方便和灵活的服务,同时满足不同级别的需求服务。仿真测试结果与案例分析也表明该系统的有效性,值得全国推广。
In order to realize the sharing of medical information for cross-regional/cross-institutional and solve the contradiction between information occlusion and lack of resources in medical system,a platform for medical data interaction architecture which including service management layer,dynamic component layer and support layer was designed by analyzing the needs of the medical datainteractionand sharing.The application of this platform provided a convenient and flexible service for medical personnel and ordinary citizens,and meet different levels of service requirements at the same time.Simulation results and cases studies also showed that the system was effective and worth promoting across the country.
