摘要
目的:开发和验证用于测量患者对社会化媒体感知价值的的量表,以便社会化媒体更好地为患者提供健康信息服务。方法:在国内外相关感知价值量表基础上,将其情境化。采用问卷调查法,对202名有患病经历的用户进行调查和统计分析。结果:量表的信度水平较高,KMO值、共同度、方差解释率值、因子载荷系数值均达到文献所建议的标准,表明量表具有良好的效度。结论:量表具有良好的信度和效度,可为测量患者对社会化媒体的感知价值提供一定的可操作性支持,但量表尚需深入研究和检验。
Objective To develop and verify the patients-oriented social media-perceived value scale for the social media to effectively provide health information service for patients.Methods The patients-oriented social media-perceived value scale was contextualized in light of domestic and foreign perceived value scales.Two hundred and two patients who used the scale were investigated with questionnaires and analyzed.Results The confidence of the scale was rather high and its KMO value,communality,variance explanation value,factor-loading coefficient value conformed to the criteria recommended in the literature,indicating that the validity of the scale is good.Conclusion The scale has a good confidence and validity,and can thus provide certain operational support to measure the social media-perceived value of patients.However,the scale needs to be further studied and verified.
