摘要
文章研究了一种用于标准扭矩扳子校准的扭矩标准装置,该装置使用低摩擦扭矩的空气轴承作为支撑,克服了弯矩对测试结果准确性的影响。此外,文章研究了空气轴承的承载及稳定性,并分析了装置的测量不确定度。结果表明:设计的标准扭矩扳子校准装置扩展不确定度可以达到0.03%(k=2)。
The structure and working principle of a torque standard machine for torque standard wrench is described.This device uses a low friction torque air bearing as a support part in order to solve the problem of inaccuracy of the test results,which is cause by the influence of bending moment.The load capacity and stability of the air bearing is studied,and the uncertainty of measurement of the device is analyzed.The result shows that the expanded uncertainty of this device reaches 0.03%(k=2).
