摘要
为寻找有效的防治档案害虫植物精油,利用密闭熏蒸法,室内测定了七种植物精油对四种档案害虫的熏蒸作用。结果表明:艾蒿油对四种档案害虫均具有较好的熏蒸作用,密闭熏蒸120h后,校正死亡率均达到80%以上。利用"Y"型嗅觉仪在实验室条件下测试了七种植物精油对烟草甲的行为反应,结果表明:桂皮油对其具有较强的趋避作用,而生姜油则具有较强的引诱作用。该研究将为将植物精油引入到档案害虫的防治中提供依据。
Seven plant essential oils are tested for their pesticide effects in archives by fumigation methods to search for effective plant essential oil that can control pests in archives.Results show that mugwort oil has the strongest fumigation toxicity against four archives pests.After 120 hours airtight fumigation,corrected mortality rate reaches above 80%.Meanwhile,the olfactory responses of Lasioderma serricorne Fabricius to odors released from seven plant essential oils are investigated with a Y-tube olfactometer in laboratory.The results show that cinnamon oil significantly repels L.serricorne,while ginger oil markedly attracts L.serricorne.This research provides some valuable reference to the introduction of plant essential oil into pest control in archives.
