摘要
20世纪80年代开始,我国档案管理开始实行数字化。作为高新技术企业的设计单位,目前基本已完成工程设计档案的数字化工作,实现了数字化利用。但是在利用过程中因数字档案本身的载体及利用者的因素,导致工程设计数字档案中常常出现失密现象,失密既给企业,也给社会带来一系列问题,因此加强工程设计数字档案利用中安全的综合防治,减少泄密行为就显得极为重要。
From the 1980s,the archives management in China began to adopt the digital form.Most of the new high-tech enterprises have finished the digitization of engineering design archives and realized the digitalized utilization.However,during the use of digital archives,the confidentiality is often compromised because of different factors,including the digital forms and users,which brought about a series of troubles to the enterprises and the society.Thus,strengthening the security measures and reducing the compromise become very important in the use of digital engineering design archives.
