摘要
针对某220 kV变电站126 kV GIS母线故障进行SF6气体分解,根据解体及试验结果分析事故原因,并制定相应措施。结果表明,126 kV GIS电流互感器导体与连接触座接触不良,导致发热拉弧,最终对地放电是本次故障的直接原因,触指弹簧质量问题为间接原因。为避免同类型故障再次发生,对GIS设备出厂、现场安装及运行维修等提出建议及措施。
The SF6 gas decomposition was made to analyse the 126kV GIS busbar fault in a 220kV substation and to make countermeasures.The results of the decomosition show that the poor contact between the 126kV GIS current transformer conductor and the connected contactor base leads to the heating and arcing,and finally The ground discharge resuled in the fault.The poor quality of contact spring is indirectly responsible for the fault.In order to avoid the recurrence of same type fault,suggestions and measures for GIS equipment factory,on site installation and operation and maintenance are proposed.
