摘要
本文以α-Al_2O_3为主要原料,采用挤出成型工艺制备了水处理用陶瓷平板膜,测试了其显气孔率、膜层孔径、抗折强度和透水性能。实验表明,陶瓷平板膜在1350°C烧结时,显气孔率为41.4%,水平抗折强度为22.4 MPa,膜层孔径分布在0.08μm~0.125μm之间,水通量626 L/(m^2·h)(40 kPa)。
The ceramic flat membrane for water treatment was prepared by extrusion process usingα-Al2O3 as raw material.Open porosity,pore size distribution,bending strength and water permeability performance of the prepared ceramic flat membrane were tested.Experimental results showed that the plate membrane sintered at 1350?C has open porosity of 41.4%,bending strength(horizontal hole)of 22.4 MPa and the pore size distributes in the range of 0.08μm to 0.125μm.The water permeability performance of ceramic flat membrane was 626 L/(m^2·h)(40 kPa).
