摘要
目的:探讨硬膜外麻醉分娩镇痛的护理效果。方法:收治应用硬膜外麻醉分娩镇痛的产妇为观察组,选择同期自愿不选择分娩镇痛的产妇为对照组,每组各400例。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组镇痛有效率和并发症发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:硬膜外麻醉分娩镇痛效果显著,加强麻醉前护理、麻醉中护理、分娩护理和产后护理是护理关键。
Objective:To explore the nursing effect of epidural anesthesia for labor analgesia.Methods:The parturient with epidural anesthesia for labor analgesia were selected as the observation group,and the parturient without labor analgesia were selected as the control group,we compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the analgesic efficiency and complication rate were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of epidural anesthesia for labor analgesia was remarkable,strengthening pre anesthesia care,anesthesia care,childbirth nursing and postnatal care were the keys to nursing.
