摘要
目的:探讨胎儿系统超声检查在产科胎儿畸形筛查中的应用价值。方法:收治行产前胎儿畸形筛查孕妇294例,均应用胎儿系统超声检查,统计胎儿畸形筛查结果。结果:共筛查出胎儿畸形8例,畸形率2.72%。最终均经临床分娩、引产等证实存在符合胎儿系统超声检查的胎儿畸形问题,故本组产科孕妇的胎儿畸形筛查准确率100%,未发生漏诊情况,漏诊率0%。结论:在产科胎儿畸形筛查中应用胎儿系统超声检查系统,能够在很大程度上及早发现胎儿是否出现先天性畸形,以降低缺陷儿的出生率。
Objective:To explore the value of fetal system ultrasonography in the screening of obstetric fetal malformation.Methods:294 pregnant women who were screened for prenatal fetal malformations were selected,all pregnant women were examined by fetal system ultrasound,and the results of fetal malformation screening were counted.Results:8 cases of fetal malformation were found,and the rate of deformity was 2.72%,all patients were confirmed by the final clinical delivery and induced labor.Therefore,the accuracy rate of fetal malformation screening in this group of obstetric pregnant women was 100%,no missed diagnosis,the rate of missed diagnosis was 0%.Conclusion:The use of fetal system ultrasound examination system in obstetric fetal malformation screening can detect the congenital malformation of the fetus to a large extent early,to reduce the birth rate of defective children.
