摘要
目的:探讨急性外伤性硬膜下血肿的外科治疗方法及效果。方法:收治急性外伤性硬膜下血肿患者51例,根据血肿部位和程度行针对性的外科手术治疗。结果:治疗后,48例患者预后较好,3例患者死亡,生存率94.1%。结论:依据急性外伤性硬膜下血肿患者的硬膜血肿程度对其行针对性外科手术治疗,不仅能有效提高患者的生存率,同时还能使其获得良好的预后效果。
Objective:To explore the method and effect of surgical treatment for acute traumatic subdural hematoma.Methods:51 patients with acute traumatic subdural hematoma were selected,according to the location and degree of hematoma,they received targeted surgical treatment.Results:After treatment,the prognosis of 48 patients was better,3 patients died,and the survival rate was 94.1%.Conclusion:According to the degree of epidural hematoma in patients with acute traumatic subdural hematoma,targeted surgical treatment can not only improve the survival rate of the patient,but also make it get a good prognosis.
