碳纤维增强复合材料管混凝土拱的制备和抗爆试验 被引量:4

摘要 针对传统的钢筋混凝土结构,增大混凝土或钢筋用量可以提高建筑的抗爆性能,但往往幅度有限且费用昂贵;FRP以其轻质高强、耐腐蚀等优点在建筑物的修复与加固中得到了广泛应用,对FRP加固混凝土结构的抗爆性能研究做了梳理和总结;结合复合材料的手糊制作工艺,自主设计制备了一种CFRP管混凝土拱结构;在遭受两次爆炸试验后,CFRP管拱结构仍保持完整,表现出良好的抗爆性能,展现了在地下防护工程中应用的可能性。 In view of the traditional reinforced concrete structures,increasing the amount of concrete or steel can improve the buildings’anti-explosion performance,but it is often limited and expensive.FRP has been widely used in the restoration and reinforcement of buildings for its advantages of light quality and high strength.The research on blast resistance of FRP reinforced concrete structures was organized and summarized.One kind of CFRP tubular concrete arch was designed and manufactured through hand lay-up process.After two blast tests,the structure of the CFRP tubular arch remained intact,showing excellent anti-explosion performance and the possibility of application in underground protection engineering.
